Inspection Notice

• The inspection notice is bound into the first checkbook in each box, used by your account holder to verify their order.
• Unique feature indicates the price to be deducted for the account holder's account.
• Allows your account holder to update their checkbook immediately, eliminating potential overdrafts and phone calls from your institution.
• You can also add a custom message to the inspection notice at no extra charge to promote other products and services.

Duplicate Checks

• Printed on high-quality, self-contained, carbonless paper.
• Includes an expense record for tracking of your checks.
• Encoded with your institution's routing/transit number and your account holder's account number.
• Printed with the check number.

Use your check orders to promote your other products and services.

You can include a marketing message printed on the inspection notice, reorder form, and inside the back cover of all your chek orders. These messages may vary by club type and branch location. For example, if you offer a 55+ Club, you can print one set of messages for the 55+ Club, and another set of messages for your regualr checking accounts...allowing you to cross-sell different products and services to different customer groups.
