Shawn joins the IT department full-time as a Web Developer after serving as an intern since October 2017.  Having obtained an Associate’s Degree with High Honors in Software Development from Mid-State Technical College, Shawn possesses extensive knowledge, passion, and expertise within the IT industry.  Additionally, his 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager in the retail industry displays his superb understanding of the importance of superior customer service, something Bank-A-Count always strives for.  Shawn has several exciting website developments that are currently in the works, so stay tuned for details in the coming weeks!

The staff expansion continues within the Marketing department, as Bank-A-Count welcomes Kyle Crook to the team as a Marketing Support Specialist.  Kyle possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Professional Communication-Digital Marketing.  Along with his education, Kyle brings over 10 years of work within various customer service industries, as well as 6 years of combined sales and managerial experience.  In his new role, Kyle hopes to bring a new perspective to a company that is always striving for new ways to promote growth and superior customer service.  Keep an eye out for some new direct mail, social media, and other marketing campaigns in the near future!
