Ways to Create Your Order

You can order 10+ books by submitting the family information together with our Order Form, Hard Copy Listings or Reports  Typed or printed listings/rosters can be used to order small or large numbers of books. "Exception" and Small Qty Orders   To use the paper process, enter name and account information on the form, and mail or fax the completed form to us. Your order is then keypunched by one operator, and verified by a second to assure the highest possible accuracy. Keypunching charges are $0.70 per book. Order forms for paper copy input are provided free of charge for small quantity orders. Or, bypass the entire paper process and order online.  Keypunch charges do not apply to online orders Delivery Time   Allow 1 or 2 additional working days for delivery of manual orders. An order placed at 9AM is generally printed that same day, and may very well be mailed that day as well! You also receive a paper report of orders processed online.
